Our contact centre is located in Birkirkara, Malta’s largest town, in a spacious, modern purpose-built call and contact centre building.  Offices are light and airy, and furnished to high standards; there are well-equipped facilities for staff breaks.  This is a comfortable, safe working environment.

Our contact centre agents benefit, as do their customers, from using extremely speedy and supportive contact centre technology in the Mitel 6140 Portal.  All the information they require to deal with a call quickly and successfully is instantly presented on-screen; data can be routed to a number of third-party applications.

Facilities include specialised areas for both inbound and outbound contact centre services, with a total of 158 call centre agent stations operating continuously.  Expansion plans are under consideration, perhaps requiring the building of a second new call centre premises. 

There is a dedicated multi-media training suite enabling work to be done with groups of up to 20.  In addition, there are small areas devoted to intensive tuition of individuals and small groups.  Individual training programmes are a feature of our contact centre and call centre operations.
